Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Biomedical Data Scientist to join our team in the Institute for Biomedical Informatics.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performing data analyses
Writing clean and efficient code and creating analysis reports that are organized and reproducible
Interpreting routine analyses and completing scientific writing tasks (e.g., manuscripts, abstracts)
Managing data storage across servers/platforms
Contributing to development of lab SOPS

Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or related field.
2+ years of experience in programming and data analysis
Proven experience with python, R, NGS data analysis
